Neck corset and half-skirt

One of our special customers came to us and asked us to make something inspired by something she had seen in a fetish magazine. It was a corseted neckpiece, that laced up the front. Our version is made of a dragon-print nylon, and laces both front and back. It is boned with plastic boning for strength and some moderate flexibility. We also made a half-skirt for her to go with the neck piece. It is made to be worn over another skirt, shorts, or pants.
