Couture Club Wear

For Calgary Cares, 2005, DICIB created this outfit for one of our employees. This outfit was comprised of one of our ready-to-wear denim skirts, as well as our keyhole top with exaggerated sleeve cuffs, in a specialty black and white metallic print. This top, unlike the ones in our ready-to-wear collection has princess seams. Over the keyhole top is a corset-vest, custom made for the individual. It has exposed seams, bound with ribbon and let to fray. The binding keeps the structural integrity of the seams, while still letting the fraying occur naturally. It is cut under the bust, has a lace-up front, and a full vest back.
