DICIB makes most
garments to-order upon payment. Please allow 30 days for
production of your goods, and sufficient time for shipping.
In-stock items will be prepared for shipping within 2 business
days. If you have any questions, please ask one of our Style
Consultants and they can advise you if a garment is in-stock
in your size and colour choice or not. Shipping and delivery
times rely on your choice of carrier and the distance for
delivery. If you live in or travel to Calgary, Alberta,
pick up is available.
DICIB ensures
that all garments shipped are in clean and wearable condition.
The DICIB studio is a smoke-free environment. If any item
is defective, it will be replaced with an identical item
free of charge. DICIB will cover any additional shipping
charges. If an exact item is not available (due to limited
supply of fabrics or stock) DICIB will make offers of alternate
items. If a customer receives defective goods, they must
inform DICIB of this within 10 business days of receiving
the goods for this offer to be valid.
Garments from any runway or sample sale are sold 'as-is'
and can not be returned.
Payment
and tax
In store, DICIB accepts cash, personal cheque, money order
and debit cards. Through mail DICIB accepts personal cheque
and money order. Please check back - we will be accepting
major credit cards soon!
DICIB is
located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, and charges 7% GST
on all goods sold. There is no provincial sales tax on goods
sold in Alberta. You may have to pay duty or other taxes
on goods shipped to locations outside of Canada.
Exchanges
DICIB accepts no returns or exchanges on any jewelry items
nor any intimate apparel. This includes but is not limited
to: hot pants, corsets, thongs, and bra-tops. Please check
our size chart to
ensure that the garment you are choosing will fit.
Currency
DICIB sells in the Canadian dollar. To get estimated prices
for other currencies, please check the Universal
Currency Converter. Additional shipping and handling
charges will apply for customers outside of Canada, however
we would still be pleased to work with you.
