- Initial consultations
are 35$. Subsequent consultations are free. Consultations with
designer Shae Barry are by appointment ONLY.
- Missed appointments
are subject to a 35$ cancellation fee unless 24 hours notice
is given, or in the case of emergency.
- File set up is 150$.
All garments are based off the sloper created from this file.
This also includes detailed
measurements and permanent file set up.
- A 50% deposit on
the estimated cost must be paid before production will begin.
- There is a 20% fee
for rush orders. Rush orders are those with less than 30 days
notice between the delivery of the deposit and the necessary
delivery date. Rush orders will only be accepted on a case-by-case
basis.
- Although every effort
will be made to adhere to estimated deadlines, please give DICIB
an additional few days for last minute touches to ensure you
have your garment in time for your event.
- There are no returns
on custom-made or couture garments or goods. Alterations must
be indicated during fittings.
- There is an additional
charge for any alterations needed because of weight loss or
gain. These are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please inform
the designer if you intend to lose or gain weight when you are
being measured.

- No exchanges or
returns on intimates or jewelry.
- Exchanges only
on defective goods and ready-to-wear within 10 days.
